Through her work with the SoCo Market, Mercedes Ramos discovered just how many incredible food trucks call Sonoma County home. That inspiration led her to launch the ultimate foodie event—Fork’n Good Food Festival—a celebration dedicated to supporting and spotlighting local food trucks.

What started as a one-day festival quickly turned into something bigger: a vision to create a permanent community space where people could gather, enjoy great beer, and share delicious food. While hosting the Fork’n Good Food Festival at SOMO Village, she connected with Brad, the owner of SOMO, who recognized her passion and potential. That connection sparked the opportunity to bring Fork’n Good Food Park to life.

With the support of the SOMO Village team, she is now working toward opening Sonoma County’s newest food truck park—a place where food, community, and culture come together. While construction is underway, a summer pop-up series will kick off to give the community a taste of what’s to come in Summer 2026!
